AML and Counter-Terrorist Financing Policy

MustCards must not be used to conceal criminal proceeds, facilitate fraud, finance terrorism, evade lawful restrictions, or support another illegal purpose.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, use payment methods they are authorised to use, and purchase products for lawful purposes. Attempts to disguise identity, payment ownership, transaction purpose, or recipient details are prohibited.

Risk-based review

We may review orders or account activity when information is inconsistent, transaction behaviour is unusual, payment ownership is unclear, or other risk indicators arise. A review may require additional information reasonably needed to understand or verify the transaction.

Actions we may take

Where permitted by law and our terms, we may delay, refuse, cancel, or restrict a transaction or account while concerns are reviewed. We may retain relevant records and make reports or disclosures when required by applicable law. We may be unable to explain a review or report where disclosure is restricted.

No licence representation

This public policy describes platform conduct rules and risk controls. It does not represent that MustCards holds a money service operator or other financial-services licence.
