These terms govern use of the MustCards retail platform operated by CARDSNAIRA GLOBAL LIMITED. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the product-specific information shown before purchase.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Orders and pricing

Review the product, denomination, region, recipient details, price, and delivery type before payment. An order is subject to payment confirmation, availability, product restrictions, and applicable review. We may reject or cancel an order where information is incorrect, supply is unavailable, or the transaction cannot lawfully or safely proceed.

Digital products

Use delivered codes and top-ups only as permitted by the relevant product issuer or operator. Region, account, device, expiry, and redemption restrictions may apply. Do not resell or misuse a product contrary to applicable terms or law.

Prohibited conduct

Do not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorised access, use stolen payment methods, submit false information, exploit errors, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Refunds and delivery

The Refund Policy and Delivery Policy form part of these terms. Digital delivery may limit cancellation after a code is displayed or a top-up is submitted.
